Hey Mike, Thanks for the comment. I have networked a lot with instructional designers on LinkedIn and have joined trade organizations like the elearning guild (they are great!). The elearning guild also regularly has webinars and resources that you could check out.

QUESTION: Can you tell me more about where to find instructional designers (please)? And maybe a good book or podcast on such things? E-learning is probably not as intuitive of a competency as I am currently making it. Lol.
