Thank you Barb for the kind words. You are right. Going forward plans will be designed to build wider and flatter organizations and will have a greater focus on retailing profitability. It is already happening and I am designing that type of plan for start ups and turnarounds.

What else would you predict the impact be to building teams and down lines, and their compensation, in the post pandemic world? Does your crystal ball have anything to add? I can envision teams possibly getting wider vs deeper and less span of control for leaders. This would free up some pay out and create a Need for a different way of working with their teams. Thoughts?
