Yes, choices are very important. I’d take it one step further and say that in this day and age with an over abundance of choice, what really makes a company stand out is not to ask “What do you want?” but rather to already know what that is and have it in front of the customer or distributor WITHOUT them needing to ask. This is the beauty of big data. Cambridge Analytica have been in the news lately for doing this in a “black hat” sense (without permission and without the best interest of the user at heart). Now in direct selling, we have the data to do this, but only a tiny number of companies are using it properly. We’re proving scientifically that doing so extends lifespans and lifetime value more than just about any other initiative and that distributors love it!
